HostFlow Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by HostFlow, including web hosting, Discord bot hosting, game server hosting, VPS hosting, support services, add-ons and related products.
By ordering, accessing or using any HostFlow service, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping their account details, passwords and service login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or services.
2. Service Usage
Services must be used lawfully and responsibly. You may not use HostFlow services for illegal activity, network abuse, malware, phishing, spam, fraud, denial-of-service attacks, harassment, copyright abuse, or activity that harms other customers, providers or infrastructure.
3. Payments and Invoices
Customers are responsible for paying invoices by the due date shown in the client area. Services may be suspended, restricted or terminated if invoices remain unpaid.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be refused where a service has already been delivered, used, suspended for abuse, terminated for policy violations, or where resources have already been allocated.
5. Suspensions and Terminations
HostFlow may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risks, policy violations, chargebacks, illegal activity, or behaviour that disrupts our services or other users.
6. Backups and Data
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is specifically included with the purchased plan.
7. Support
Support is provided through the HostFlow ticket system. Response times may vary depending on issue priority, workload and service type.
8. Service Availability
HostFlow aims to provide reliable services, but no service can be guaranteed to be available at all times.
9. Prohibited Content and Activity
You may not use HostFlow services to host, distribute or promote malicious software, stolen data, phishing pages, spam tools, exploit tools, botnets, illegal content, abusive content, or content that violates the rights of others.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers should contact HostFlow support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
11. Changes to These Terms
HostFlow may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact HostFlow support through the client area or by using the official support email.
