HostFlow Sales Partner / Affiliate Agreement
This agreement applies to anyone approved to promote HostFlow services using an affiliate link, referral link, discount code, or other approved tracking method.
By joining the HostFlow sales/affiliate programme, you agree to follow this agreement and all HostFlow policies.
1. Independent Affiliate Relationship
You are participating as an independent affiliate or sales partner. You are not an employee, worker, officer, director, agent, franchisee, or legal representative of HostFlow.
You do not have authority to make promises, guarantees, discounts, refunds, contracts, service changes, or commitments on behalf of HostFlow unless approved in writing.
2. No Guaranteed Income
Participation in the programme does not guarantee sales, income, hours, commission, employment, or an ongoing relationship with HostFlow.
Commissions are only earned on eligible sales that meet the requirements of this agreement.
3. Affiliate Links and Discount Codes
HostFlow may provide you with an affiliate link, referral link, discount code, or other tracking method.
You are responsible for using your assigned link or code correctly. HostFlow is not responsible for commission that cannot be tracked because the customer did not use your approved link or code.
4. Commission Rules
Commission rates are set by HostFlow and may vary by product, service, promotion, or sales partner.
Example commission structure:
Game Hosting: 10% of the first paid month
Discord Bot Hosting: 10% of the first paid month
VPS Hosting: 5% of the first paid month
Web Hosting: 10% of the first paid month
HostFlow may change commission rates for future sales at any time. Changes will not affect commission already approved unless the sale is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or in breach of this agreement.
5. When Commission Is Earned
Commission is only earned when:
- The customer uses your approved affiliate link or discount code
- The customer places a valid order
- The invoice is paid successfully
- The order is not fraudulent
- The service remains active past the refund or chargeback review period
- The sale does not break HostFlow policies
Commission is not earned on free orders, test orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or orders created to abuse the programme.
6. Payouts
Payouts are reviewed and processed manually by HostFlow.
Example payout rules:
Minimum payout: $25
Payout schedule: Monthly
Commission hold period: 14 to 30 days after invoice payment
Payout method: PayPal, bank transfer, or another method approved by HostFlow
HostFlow may delay or refuse payout if there is suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, refund risk, or policy violation.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer receives a refund, opens a chargeback, disputes a payment, commits fraud, or has their service terminated for abuse, the related commission may be cancelled, reversed, deducted from future payouts, or withheld.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes, reporting, registrations, records, and legal obligations in your country, state, or region.
If required, HostFlow may request tax forms, identity information, payment details, or other information before issuing payouts.
For US-based affiliates or contractors, HostFlow may require a completed tax form before payout and may issue tax forms where required by law.
9. Marketing Rules
You must promote HostFlow honestly and legally.
You must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorised claims about HostFlow services.
You must not claim:
- Guaranteed 100% uptime unless officially stated by HostFlow
- Unlimited resources unless officially stated by HostFlow
- Free refunds in all cases
- Instant setup if automation is not live
- DDoS protection unless officially confirmed
- Official partnership with Discord, Minecraft, FiveM, Cfx.re, or other brands
- Any feature, price, location, or guarantee not approved by HostFlow
10. Advertising Disclosure
If you earn commission, receive benefits, or use affiliate links/codes, you must clearly disclose this when promoting HostFlow.
Examples:
- Affiliate link
- I may earn commission
- Sponsored/partner link
- Use my code for a discount
You are responsible for following advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure rules that apply to your location and platform.
11. Prohibited Promotion Methods
You must not promote HostFlow using:
- Spam
- Mass unsolicited direct messages
- Misleading advertising
- Fake reviews
- Fake accounts
- Brand impersonation
- Malware
- Phishing
- Botting
- Harassment
- Illegal content
- Bidding on HostFlow brand terms without permission
- Posting in communities where advertising is not allowed
12. Self-Referrals and Abuse
You may not use your own affiliate link or discount code to earn commission on your own orders unless HostFlow gives written permission.
You may not create fake customers, duplicate accounts, fake orders, or misleading referrals.
13. Confidentiality
You must not share private HostFlow information, internal pricing, unreleased plans, customer information, staff information, backend access, screenshots, credentials, or business information unless HostFlow gives permission.
14. Customer Data
You must not collect, store, sell, misuse, or share customer personal information obtained through HostFlow promotion or sales activity.
Customers should be directed to the official HostFlow billing portal and support system.
15. Termination
HostFlow may suspend or remove you from the affiliate/sales programme at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse, misleading promotion, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, inactivity, or risk to HostFlow.
Unpaid commission may be withheld or cancelled if this agreement is breached.
16. Changes to This Agreement
HostFlow may update this agreement at any time. Continued participation in the programme after changes are made means you accept the updated agreement.
