HostFlow Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using HostFlow services.

By using HostFlow services, you agree to use our hosting, bot hosting, game server hosting, VPS hosting and related services responsibly, legally and fairly.

1. Lawful Use

You must not use HostFlow services for illegal activity or activity that violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, phishing, malware, stolen data, copyright abuse, harassment, threats, or attempts to access systems without permission.

2. Network Abuse

You must not use our services to attack, scan, exploit, disrupt or overload networks, servers, websites, platforms or users. This includes denial-of-service attacks, botnets, port scanning, spam tools, brute forcing, credential stuffing, or similar abusive activity.

3. Spam and Email Abuse

You must not use HostFlow services to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing emails, malicious links, or misleading messages.

4. Malicious Software

You must not host, distribute, run or promote malware, viruses, ransomware, stealers, exploit kits, botnets or other harmful software.

5. Resource Abuse

You must not use services in a way that negatively affects other customers, nodes, servers or infrastructure. HostFlow may limit, suspend or terminate services that cause excessive load, instability or disruption.

6. Game Server and Bot Hosting

Game servers and Discord bots must not be used for harassment, abuse, platform manipulation, malicious automation, token stealing, raids, spam, DDoS activity, or other harmful activity.

7. VPS Usage

VPS services must not be used for illegal hosting, abuse, attacks, phishing, malware, spam, proxy abuse or activities that put HostFlow or our providers at risk.

8. Enforcement

HostFlow may investigate suspected abuse and may issue warnings, suspend services, restrict access, remove content, terminate services or report activity where required.

9. Reporting Abuse

Abuse reports should include as much detail as possible, such as IP addresses, domains, logs, screenshots, timestamps and a clear explanation of the issue.
